Week 2: Site Preparation and Foundation Work

This week marked significant progress on our Toluca Lake ADU project. Here's what we've accomplished:

Survey and Underground Plumbing

We began by conducting a thorough site survey to ensure accurate measurements and proper planning. With the survey completed, we moved on to forming the structure and laying down the underground plumbing. Proper installation of plumbing is crucial at this stage to avoid any issues down the line.

Foundation Preparation

With the underground plumbing in place, we started preparing for the foundation. Our team worked meticulously to ensure that the foundation is both sturdy and level, setting the stage for a solid build.

Cement Work

By the end of the week, we began the process of pouring cement for the foundation. This is a critical step that will provide the necessary support for the entire structure. We ensured that the cement work was done with precision to create a strong and durable base for the ADU.
